About

I am an urban economist and planner. My work sits at the intersection of public policy and real estate: I study housing markets, affordable-housing programs, and residential segregation in Chile, using quantitative methods to evaluate how policy shapes prices, new development, and where people end up living.

I hold a PhD from the LSE (2024) and an MSc in Urban Planning from NYU. I am a Fellow in the Department of Geography and Environment at the LSE, where I serve as Deputy Director of the MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance, and a Research Associate at Fundación P!ensa.

Alongside research, I work on applied real estate and policy — program evaluation, feasibility and market studies, land valuation, and the design of subsidies and taxation.
